When you communicate with Yellow Tokens through YT.Agent using WhatsApp, we may process information made available through the communication channel, including your phone number or WhatsApp identifier, profile name when provided by WhatsApp, message content, message identifiers, timestamps, delivery information, and technical metadata necessary to receive and process the communication.
Purpose: This information is used to provide the YT.Agent conversational service, identify and authorize users when applicable, maintain conversation continuity, understand and respond to requests, operate Yellow Tokens features requested through the Agent, protect the security of the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.
To generate conversational responses, message content and relevant Yellow Tokens context may be processed using artificial intelligence service providers. We only send information that is reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.
Payment Information
For users residing in Brazil, when making a payment, we collect CPF/CNPJ data and billing address information. We do not store your credit card information. We use Stripe to process and manage payments.
Purpose: CPF/CNPJ data and billing address are essential for issuing invoices for residents in Brazil.

- CRM Platforms: We share full names and email addresses to facilitate communications, as well as phone numbers for SMS and WhatsApp messages.

- Artificial Intelligence Service Providers: When YT.Agent generates a response, message content and relevant context may be processed by artificial intelligence service providers, including OpenAI, as necessary to provide the conversational functionality.
