Yellow Tokens User Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your personal information, send an email to support@yellowtokens.com.

Please include enough information for us to identify the data associated with your request. Depending on the services you use, this may include:

• Your full name.
• The email address associated with your Yellow Tokens account, if applicable.
• The phone number used to communicate with YT.Agent through WhatsApp, including the country code, if your request relates to WhatsApp conversations.
• A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your personal information.

Do not send your password, access tokens, authentication codes, or other account credentials in your deletion request.

2. Identity Verification

To protect users from unauthorized deletion requests, Yellow Tokens may take reasonable steps to verify that the person making the request is the person associated with the information to be deleted.

We will only request information reasonably necessary to perform this verification.

3. Data Covered by a Deletion Request

Depending on the scope of the request and the Yellow Tokens services used, data subject to deletion may include personal information associated with the user's Yellow Tokens account, communication channel identifiers, and information associated with YT.Agent and WhatsApp conversations.

We will delete personal information covered by a valid request when it is no longer required for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy or otherwise required to be retained.

Certain information may be retained when necessary to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations, protect the security and integrity of our services, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

When information must be retained for one of these purposes, we will limit its use to the purpose that requires its retention and protect it in accordance with our security practices.

After receiving and, when necessary, verifying a deletion request, Yellow Tokens will process the request in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our legal obligations.
