Minimum pricing: Business Accounts start at $56/month, billed annually. Final pricing is calculated based on the assets you analyze and the feedback processed.
Why Yellow Tokens doesn’t use fixed plans
Traditional SaaS pricing assumes that all companies use the product in the same way. In practice, every business has a different analysis scope and organizational structure.
Some companies focus on brands and competitors. Others analyze hundreds of physical establishments. Some work with products, while others do not.
Fixed plans force companies to pay for assets they don’t actually need. Yellow Tokens was designed to adapt to real analytical use cases.
How Yellow Tokens pricing works
- You define the assets that structure your account, such as projects and users.
- You select the analysis assets that generate customer feedback: companies, establishments, and products.
- Based on these analysis assets, the platform calculates the monthly feedback processed included in your subscription.
- Pricing reflects both your account structure and your feedback processing capacity.
You do not choose a feedback volume upfront. Feedback capacity is derived automatically from the assets you select.
Why pricing is based on feedback processed
Charging a fixed price per company does not reflect reality. A small restaurant and a global bank generate radically different volumes of customer feedback.
To keep pricing fair, Yellow Tokens uses historical data to estimate the average monthly feedback processed by companies, establishments, and products.
This model ensures predictable pricing while preserving analytical depth across very different business realities.
What happens if feedback exceeds your capacity?
If the assets included in your analysis generate more feedback than your contracted capacity, the platform will notify you.
Only the feedback covered by your subscription capacity is processed. No additional feedback is analyzed automatically.
If needed, you can acquire additional monthly feedback credits directly from the platform after subscribing.

A Business Account allows you to create custom projects, analyze your own company and competitors, collaborate with your team, and access Action Plans based on real customer feedback.
