Managing your team

If you are a Master User or a Manager User, you can invite other users to join your Yellow Tokens account.

To invite a new user, follow these steps:

1. After logging in, click the profile icon (circle with a person’s image) in the top-right corner of any page and select Manage Users.
2. On the Manage Users page, you will see the list of users in your account. Click + Add User.
3. Choose the new user’s profile and define which projects they can view or edit. Click Finish and Save to complete the invitation.

Important notes:

• Manager Users can view all projects and edit all Custom Projects in the account.
• At least one project viewing permission must be granted for a Standard User to be invited.

If you are a Master User or a Manager User, you can manage user profiles, project permissions, and remove users from your account.

Changing a user’s profile

Master Users can:

• Change a Manager User to a Standard User or to the Master User.
• Change a Standard User to a Manager User or to the Master User.

Note: If the Master User assigns the Master role to another user, the original Master User automatically becomes a Manager User. There can only be one Master User per account.

Manager Users can:

• Change another Manager User to a Standard User.
• Change a Standard User to a Manager User.

To change a user’s profile:

1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner and select Manage Users.
2. Click Edit next to the user whose profile you want to change.
3. Select the new profile and click Finish and Save.

Changing project viewing and editing permissions

Master Users and Manager Users can view all projects and edit all Custom Projects by default.

Standard Users can only view data and edit settings for projects where explicit permissions have been granted.

This is especially useful for agencies or consultants who manage multiple clients, ensuring that each client can only see their own projects.

To change permissions for a Standard User:

1. Go to Manage Users from the profile menu.
2. Click Edit next to the user.
3. Select which projects the user can view or edit and click Finish and Save.

Note: Ready-Made Projects from the Project Store cannot be edited by any user, regardless of profile.

Removing a user from your account

Master Users and Manager Users can remove users from the account. Once removed, the user immediately loses access to all projects and data.

To remove a user:

1. Open Manage Users from the profile menu.
2. Select the users you want to remove and click the trash can icon (Delete selected items).

Important: A Manager User cannot remove the Master User from the account.
