Subscribing to a Business Account on Yellow Tokens is simple — and it gives you full freedom to create projects with the companies, establishments, and products you want. Let’s go through the step-by-step process. After logging into the platform, you’ll land on the Project List page. Click the highlighted central banner, or if you prefer, select Upgrade from the top menu. On this page, click the Get Business Account button and start by choosing the subscription period. The platform is very flexible — you can choose monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual plans. The longer the period, the greater the subscription discount. Next, you’ll configure the Assets of your account, according to your needs. Assets are the elements you need to define when subscribing to a Business Account. In Yellow Tokens, Assets include: Custom Projects, companies, establishments, products, and users. Start by selecting how many Custom Projects you want to include. A Custom Project represents an environment with its own companies, establishments, products, and analyses. You may want to subscribe to more than one Custom Project in several situations, such as: If you have different brands and want to separate the analysis for each one. If you want to separate business units that target different audiences. Or, if you’re an agency or consultant and want to create a dedicated dashboard for each client. This way, each project works as its own "independent universe", making it easier to manage information and organize analyses. Then, define the number of Companies. This should equal the total number of competitors you want to analyze, plus your own company. Next, choose how many Establishments you want to monitor. This number should include your company’s establishments plus all competitor establishments. If you don’t plan to create a retail segment project, you can leave this field set to zero. Now, select the number of Products you wish to include. This should reflect your company’s products plus those of your competitors. If you don’t plan to create a product-focused project, you can leave this field at zero. Lastly, choose how many Users you want to add to your account. Don’t worry if you’re not sure about the quantities — you’ll be able to change them later. As you adjust the number of assets, the Monthly Feedback Volume will update accordingly. This reflects the total number of monthly feedback that will be searched for in your account. Just below the feedback volume, you’ll see the subscription price for the selected period. Once everything is set, you can proceed with the subscription payment. To do so, simply click the Acquire Business Account button. You’ll be directed to the payment page.

Subscribing to a Business Account allows you to monitor the companies, establishments, and products you want. It also enables you to invite other users to your account.

Ways to subscribe to a Business Account:

1. Immediately after logging in, you will see a central banner on all pages of the Yellow Tokens platform. Click on it to open the upgrade page. Then click Get Business Account, choose the number of Assets for your account, and you’re done.

2. At any time, click Upgrade in the upper horizontal menu to reach the same upgrade page.

Choosing the number of Assets for your Business Account subscription

Follow the steps below to choose the number of Assets for your Business Account:

1) Choose how many Custom Projects you want to acquire.
Consider the following factors:
(i) Do you want completely separate views for one set of feedback data and another?
(ii) Does your company have different brands, and do you need to analyze feedback data in isolation?
(iii) Are you a marketing agency or a business consultant, and do you want a specific Dashboard for each of your clients?

2) Choose how many companies you want to acquire.
Consider the following factors:
(i) Companies are monitored on: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.
(ii) Products and establishments are associated with companies. If you plan to register products or establishments from different companies, you must acquire the corresponding number of companies.
(iii) It is not possible to change the URL of a company once it is registered.

3) Choose how many establishments you want to acquire.
Consider the following factors:
(i) Establishments are monitored on: Google Maps and TripAdvisor.
(ii) It is not possible to change the URL or address of an establishment once it is registered and verified.
(iii) Only establishments that can be found on Google Maps can be registered on the Yellow Tokens platform.

4) Choose how many products you want to acquire.
Consider the following factors:
(i) Products are monitored on: Amazon.
(ii) It is not possible to change a product’s URL once it is registered.
(iii) Only products that have an Amazon URL can be registered on the Yellow Tokens platform.

5) Choose how many users you want to acquire.
Consider the following factors:
(i) Do you need someone to assist you in registering your Custom Projects?
(ii) Do you want to allow other areas of your company to access your customer feedback and analyses? Fostering a customer-focused culture involves engaging all areas of the organization.
(iii) Are you a marketing agency or business consultant and want to share view-only access to the feedback and analyses with your clients?

Understanding the “Monthly Feedback” return from the calculator

Acquiring a company, establishment, or product on the Yellow Tokens platform grants you a certain number of feedback to be monitored each month. This number is calculated by the platform itself.

If your companies, establishments, or products require a greater number of feedback credits, you will be notified and can purchase additional credits at any time.

How to subscribe to a Business Account

Step 1 — Click the upgrade option

After logging in, use the Upgrade button or banner to access subscription options.

Step 2 — Choose the number of assets

Select the number of Custom Projects, companies, establishments, products, and users for your account.

Step 3 — Complete the purchase

Review your choices and finalize the subscription.

Acquiring additional monthly feedback credits for your Business Account

When you purchase companies, establishments, or products for your account, you receive a monthly volume of feedback that will be automatically monitored by the platform. This volume varies according to the number of assets acquired and is calculated by the platform using algorithms and historical data. It was shown in the Feedback field on the registration form when you purchased the Business Account. But what happens if that volume is exceeded? If the companies, establishments, or products you’re monitoring receive more feedback than the contracted limit, you’ll be notified by the platform. If you're interested, you can purchase additional feedback credits at any time, directly within the platform. Just click the Buy Feedback Credits icon to define the desired volume. As you adjust the amount, the system displays the amount that will be charged immediately to your current subscription, as well as the amount that will be charged in future renewals. By clicking Acquire Feedback Credits, you’ll be taken to the payment page. Once payment is confirmed, the additional feedback credits will be added to your account.

If the companies, establishments, or products you registered receive more feedback on digital platforms than the number calculated when you first acquired your Business Account, you can purchase additional monthly feedback credits at any time.

You will receive a notification if the platform detects that there is more feedback available on the digital platforms than your account’s current credits.

Ways to acquire additional monthly feedback credits:

1. After logging in, click the circle with a person’s image in the upper-right corner. If you are the Master User and your account has at least one subscription, you will see My Subscriptions. Click on it.

2. On the next page, locate your Business Account subscription and click Buy feedback credits.

Acquiring additional Assets for your Business Account subscription

If you want to add new assets to your account — to monitor new projects, companies, establishments, or products, or even to add new users — simply click the Buy Asset Credits icon. You’ll be taken to a form where you can specify the desired quantities of each new asset. As you adjust the quantities, the platform will display the additional monthly feedback volume, along with the amount that will be charged immediately to your current subscription, and the amount that will be charged in future renewals. By clicking Acquire Assets, you’ll be taken to the payment page. Once payment is confirmed, the new assets will be added to your account immediately.

If you need to acquire more Custom Projects, companies, establishments, products, or users for your Business Account, you can purchase additional credits for these Assets at any time.

Ways to acquire additional credits for your Business Account Assets:

1. After logging in, click the circle with a person’s image in the upper-right corner. If you are the Master User and your account has at least one subscription, click My Subscriptions.

2. On the next page, locate your Business Account subscription and click Buy asset credits.

When you acquire new companies, establishments, or products, you gain the right to an additional number of feedback to be monitored each month. This number is calculated by the platform itself.

Saving on your subscriptions

When subscribing to a Business Account or a Ready-Made Project, you need to choose the subscription period. Currently, the available options are: monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual. The longer the period you choose, the greater the discount applied. Yellow Tokens has a clear savings policy for those who opt for longer-term subscriptions. If you already have an active subscription and want to change the period to save money, click the Save icon. Then, select the new desired period. You’ll see the updated subscription amount and the applied discount. Next, just click Save to confirm. The change takes effect immediately. You’ll be charged for the new period, with the amount already adjusted automatically. This value is calculated pro rata, meaning the amount you’ve already paid for your current subscription will be deducted from the total of the new one.

When you subscribe to a Business Account or purchase a Ready-Made Project from the Project Store, you must choose the duration of your subscription. Currently, the available periods are: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual.

The Yellow Tokens platform offers discounts for subscriptions with longer periods. If you change your subscription period to a longer one, you will receive a discount.

To change your subscription period to save more:

1. After logging in, click the circle with a person’s image in the upper-right corner. If you are the Master User and your account has at least one subscription, click My Subscriptions.

2. On the next page, locate the desired subscription and click Save.

Changing your subscriptions

If you want to change your Business Account subscription or a Ready-Made Project subscription, you can do so at any time directly through the platform. Just click the Change Subscription icon. You can modify the subscription period and also adjust the number of assets included. As you make changes, the new subscription amount is automatically updated on the screen, showing how much will be charged on your next renewal. Then, simply click Change Business Account to confirm. Important: changes are scheduled to take effect only on your next subscription renewal. In other words, even if you make adjustments now, they will only apply when the subscription renews.

If you want to change your Business Account subscription or your Ready-Made Project subscription from the Project Store, you can schedule the change at any time.

Subscription changes can include the period and (for Business Accounts) the number of Assets. Changes are scheduled to take effect on the subscription’s renewal date.

To schedule a subscription change:

1. After logging in, click the circle with a person’s image in the upper-right corner. If you are the Master User and your account has at least one subscription, click My Subscriptions.

2. On the next page, locate the desired subscription and click Change subscription.

Canceling your subscriptions

If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time through the platform. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the next renewal date. After that, it will be automatically terminated. The cancellation of your Business Account subscription cannot be undone. You and all users on your account will lose access to all custom projects linked to it. If you have active subscriptions to Ready-Made Projects from the Project Store, you can cancel each one individually without affecting the others. This means you can keep the subscriptions you’re interested in and cancel only those you no longer need. To cancel, click the Cancel Subscription icon, confirm the action, and you’re done. The change will be scheduled to take effect on the renewal date.

If you want to cancel your Business Account subscription or cancel your Ready-Made Project subscription from the Project Store, you can schedule the cancellation at any time.

When you schedule a cancellation, you will no longer be charged for the subscription, and it will remain active until the renewal date.

After the renewal date, you will no longer have access to your Custom Projects, your Asset credits will be reset, and (if you cancel your Business Account subscription) all other users in your account will be removed. If you cancel a Ready-Made Project subscription, you will also lose access to that Ready-Made Project.

Acquiring a subscription to a Ready-Made Project from the Project Store

If you’d like to subscribe to the project, just choose the subscription period and click the Acquire Project button.

The Project Store includes a range of pre-configured projects, including projects that monitor large companies across multiple segments.

By subscribing to a Ready-Made Project, you can analyze the key factors that make customers satisfied or dissatisfied in a particular segment.

To subscribe to a Ready-Made Project from the Project Store:

1. After logging in, click Project Store in the top horizontal menu.

2. On the next page, choose the desired segment and country to view the available Ready-Made Projects for subscription.

3. Click Learn more to see details about the project, and click Acquire Project to subscribe.

Attention: Only Master Users can acquire Ready-Made Projects from the Project Store.

What types of subscriptions are available on the Yellow Tokens platform?

There are two types of subscriptions available:

(i) Business Account subscription
(ii) Ready-Made Project subscription from the Project Store

What is the difference between a Personal Account and a Business Account?

A Personal Account cannot create Custom Projects and can only have one user, who is the Master User. It allows access only to Welcome Projects or subscriptions to Ready-Made Projects from the Project Store.

A Business Account can create Custom Projects, have multiple users, and subscribe to Ready-Made Projects from the Project Store.

What are Assets?

Assets are the items selected when acquiring a Business Account. The available assets are:

(i) Custom Projects
(ii) Companies
(iii) Establishments
(iv) Products
(v) Users

How are payments processed?

Payments on the Yellow Tokens platform are processed through Stripe.

Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and Google Pay.

Subscription periods can be monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual, with automatic renewals on each billing cycle.

How do I buy more projects?

To acquire additional credits for Custom Projects:

1. Click your user icon at the top right corner and select “My Subscriptions”.
2. Locate your Business Account subscription and click “Buy asset credits”.

To acquire a new Ready-Made Project from the Project Store:

1. Click “Project Store” in the top menu.
2. Choose a segment and country.
3. Click “Learn more” and then “Acquire project”.

How do I purchase more companies, establishments, or products?

To purchase additional credits for companies, establishments, or products:

1. Click your user icon and go to “My Subscriptions”.
2. Locate your Business Account subscription and click “Buy asset credits”.

How do I acquire a Business Account subscription?

You can acquire a Business Account subscription by clicking the central banner displayed after login and selecting “Get Business Account”.

Alternatively, click “Upgrade” in the top menu and then “Get Business Account”.

How is the balance of my account calculated?

Account balance applies only to Business Accounts and is calculated by comparing your entitled assets with those currently in use.

Active or scheduled-for-deactivation projects, companies, establishments, products, and all users are counted. Monthly feedback consumption is calculated automatically by the platform.

What is my monthly feedback credit?

Monthly feedback credit determines the maximum number of feedback that can be captured across all your Custom Projects.

How many feedback credits does my Business Account have?

The number of feedback credits is calculated based on the number of projects, companies, establishments, products, and users selected when acquiring your Business Account.

Master and Manager Users can view this information by clicking the user icon at the top right corner.

What should I do to acquire additional feedback credits?

If the volume of available feedback exceeds your current credits, you can purchase additional feedback credits at any time.

Go to “My Subscriptions” and click “Buy feedback credits” under your Business Account subscription.

Do Ready-Made Projects or Welcome Projects consume feedback credits?

No. Only feedback collected from Custom Projects consumes your account’s feedback credits.

Can I change the billing period of my subscription?

Yes. You can change your subscription period at any time. Longer billing periods offer discounts.

Subscription changes are scheduled and take effect on the renewal date.

When will I be charged?

Charges occur immediately upon subscription purchase and then again on each renewal date.

What happens if a payment is delayed?

If a payment fails, your subscription will become overdue. Multiple retry attempts will be made before the subscription is canceled.

How do I change my credit card?

Click your user icon, go to “Invoice History”, and update your payment method.

How do I view my invoices?

Access your invoices by clicking your user icon and selecting “Invoice History”.

What tax documents will I receive?

Brazilian individuals or companies receive a service invoice issued by Inroots and sent by email.

Users from other countries can access invoices through the “Invoice History” page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can schedule the cancellation of any subscription at any time. The subscription will remain active until the renewal date, after which access and credits will be revoked.
